Purely amazing! My partner and I got the Zen package with Arjun. The float tank was fantastic, but that’s nothing compared to the massage. The massage ranked an 11 out of 10. I am a certified massage therapist and Arjun’s literally was in the top 5 massage experiences of my life. I would have easily paid twice as much, and still thought it worth every bit.

Wonderful! I am new to the area and wanted to get a massage. My therapist listened to my needs and it was an excellent massage. I got the 45 min deep tissue and felt that was enough time but I will definitely book it for longer next time. Beautiful place with nice decor. They offer other services like hot yoga and have a salt bath. I highly recommend this place.

Best massage of my life! Feeling 10/10. Just did my first ever salt float, it was magical. Absolutely will be returning for more massages, salt floats, and hot yoga. Also did the couples package, that was extremely relaxing and fun. Will be recommending to everyone I know.

I recently moved to E Superior St, I’ve been struggling with headaches lately and on a whim scheduled a craniosacral massage with Tiffany. It was not only an amazing and relaxing but incredibly helpful! A couple weeks later, again on a whim from a headache I scheduled a deep tissue massage and was assigned to another therapist Mac who was ah-mazing so informative and so friendly, plus again an incredibly relaxing and helpful experience. After going for the massages I saw they also have yoga classes, I went to my first Uplift Yoga today lead by Tiffany. It was (again) an amazing experience. I’ve very orientation challenged and she was so helpful and patient when I needed some guidance. Definitely my new favorite spot!
